Who We Are

 

DON DILLON

Mr. Dillon serves as President of Summit Glass Corporation.  Don’s professional background includes management experience as an investment banker, federal banking regulator, as well as leading public-private partnerships and urban revitalization. Mr. Dillon serves on the boards of private companies such as School Guard Glass and Peak Power as well as the non-profit Urban Council. Don is a U.S. Navy Veteran and holds finance degrees from Indiana University and New York University.


ROBERT GALLEGOS

Mr. Gallegos serves as Director of Field Operations for Summit Glass Corporation. Over a 29-year career as a glazier Robert has managed the field operations of hundreds of projects and all types of glass installation. In addition, he has served as the financial recording secretary for four years and is an instructor for his union’s apprenticeship program. Robert is a member of Glaziers Local 636.


ROD DILLON

Mr. Dillon has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years as an estimator, project manager and successful business owner.  He has managed projects of a variety of types including ground up high-rise office buildings, sport arenas, hospitals and nursing homes plus renovations and tenant improvements of retail and office buildings.  


PETER KAPILOFF

Mr. Kapiloff has worked in the construction industry for 14 years as a journeyman, field foreman, project manager and director of operations. He specializes in the design and installation of glazing products. Notable projects include the control tower for Air Force One and the NCIS HQ in Washington DC. Peter has an extensive background in business development in Haiti. 


CHRIS KAPILOFF

Mr. Kapiloff has worked in the construction industry for 15 years as an estimator, project manager and in business development. He has extensive experience in the design, manufacture and installation of glass and related products. Chris enlisted in the US Army in 1998 and ended his service 2004 as a Sergeant.
