Who We Are
DON DILLON—President
Mr. Dillon serves as President of Summit Glass Corporation. Don’s professional background includes management experience as an investment banker, federal banking regulator, as well as public-private partnerships and urban revitalization. He is a trustee for the Glazier’s Union Pension Fund and serves as a mentor with American Corporate Partners (www.acp-usa.org) a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting military personnel who are transitioning to civilian life. Don is a U.S. Navy Veteran and holds finance degrees from Indiana University and New York University.
RYAN AMOS—Operations Manager
Mr Amos brings with him experience performing Project Management in a manufacturing and installation environment. A hands-on approach to System Application Design and an understanding of the structural aspects of glazing systems makes him ideal for providing solutions for on-site challenges. Ryan’s 10+ years of experience are supported by his degree in Project Management with a minor in Computer Drafting and Design. He has an established network of contacts and product familiarity that supports the company’s growth.

JOHN HEINAMAN—Project Executive
John Heinaman is a construction industry professional with over 56 years of experience, specializing in glass, aluminum façade systems and all aspects related to subcontracting the installation of building envelope façade materials. Both public and private projects are represented in this background, including educational facilities, medical buildings and hospitals, transportation terminal buildings, office buildings, high-rise condominiums and hotels, casinos and hospitality facilities and up-scale residential homes. Experience includes being an employee, developer and owner of manufacturing and contracting businesses.

ANASTASIIA GOLOVACHEVA—Finance and Labor Compliance Manager
Anastasiia is a financial professional with over five years of experience in the construction industry. She manages all financial functions within the company and oversees and supports work of the labor compliance department. Her undergraduate and master’s degrees are in Economics and Management from the Baikal State University in Russia.
CHARISMA CABAL—Administrative Assistant
Ms Cabal is Administrative Assistant supporting Ms Golovacheva. She has over 15 years of experience in office administration, payroll, and human resources. Charisma manages contractor compliance including insurance policies, licenses and certifications. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from De La Salle University in the Philippines.

MARIO JIMENEZ—Project Manager - Associate DBIA
Mr Jimenez began his career in the glazing industry in 2005 as an apprentice, quickly rising to become a lead installer in residential and commercial projects known for his quality craftsmanship. After graduating in 2014 from Fullerton College with a degree in Construction Inspections, he began his career as an estimator and project manager. Mario’s experience includes a broad range of commercial projects. Recently joining the Summit Glass team, His practical experience, project management skills, and knowledge developed through the Associate DBIA Certification, blends well with the experienced team at Summit Glass.

JAKE HUBER—Assistant Project Manager
Jake serves as an assistant to the project managers at Summit Glass, after starting his career in the glazing industry as a shop worker in 2013. In 2015, Jake transitioned to the field as a Journeyman, quickly rising to Foreman on multiple commercial projects throughout Southern California.

DAVID CORDOVA—Field Superintendent
Mr. Cordova serves as Field Superintendent for Summit Glass Corporation. He is an expert glazier with over 20+ years of experience as a Glazier Foreman. David is a quality-focused and a strong superintendent with exceptional leadership skills. With extensive knowledge of the architectural glass and metal industry, he has managed numerous projects throughout Southern California. David is a Marine Corps Veteran and a member of Glaziers Local 636.

RICH BUETTNER—Senior Estimator
Rich has been in the glazing business for over 40 years. After college he began in the engineering department at an aluminum window and curtain wall manufacturer. Over the years he has worked in project management, estimating, and sales for several prominent glazing contractors and manufacturers. He has been involved in high rise office buildings, sports arenas, hospitals, and education facilities across the country and on the west coast.

ROD DILLON—Project Estimator
Mr. Dillon has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years as an estimator, project manager and successful business owner. He has managed projects of a variety of types including ground up high-rise office buildings, sport arenas, hospitals and nursing homes plus renovations and tenant improvements of retail and office buildings.
