DON DILLON—President

Mr. Dillon serves as President of Summit Glass Corporation. Don’s professional background includes management experience as an investment banker, federal banking regulator, as well as leading public-private partnerships and urban revitalization. Mr. Dillon serves on the boards of private companies such as School Guard Glass and Peak Power as well as the non-profit Urban Council. Don is a U.S. Navy Veteran and holds finance degrees from Indiana University and New York University. don@sgcorp.us


Mr. Gallegos serves as Director of Field Operations for Summit Glass Corporation. Over a 29-year career as a glazier Robert has managed the field operations of hundreds of projects and all types of glass installation. In addition, he has served as the financial recording secretary for four years and is an instructor for his union’s apprenticeship program. Robert is a member of Glaziers Local 636. robert@summitglass.co


Ricardo has over 20 years experience in the construction, manufacturing and engineering fields. His experience with structural aluminum, structural glass and custom structures brings a wide range of solutions to the company. Additionally, having worked within various roles, owned and operated his own structural glass design company, and worked in a variety of countries, his knowledge adds first-hand knowledge of operations and quality, while being grounded in the real world construction practices. ricardo.carrillo@sgcorp.us

ROD DILLON—Project Estimator

Mr. Dillon has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years as an estimator, project manager and successful business owner.  He has managed projects of a variety of types including ground up high-rise office buildings, sport arenas, hospitals and nursing homes plus renovations and tenant improvements of retail and office buildings. rod@sgcorp.us

CRAIG HAMILTON—Project Estimator 

Craig’s experience in the glass industry dates to when he was 11 years old, learning the trade working with his father at Architectural Glass & Aluminum. After graduating high school in 1981, he became a Union Glazier Local 169. In 1998, he earned his C-17 Contractor’s License and he became the RMO for All-Pro Glass in Northern California where he worked as Project Manager/Estimator, Head Fabricator and Installer. In 2002, he opened his own company, Hamilton Glass & Aluminum, specializing in custom heavy glass, curtain wall and storefronts. RYAN AMOS—Project Manager 

Ryan brings with him experience performing Project Management in a manufacturing and installation environment. A hands-on approach to System Application Design and an understanding of the structural aspects of glazing systems makes him ideal for providing solutions for on-site challenges. Ryan’s 5+ years of experience are supported by his degree in Project Management with a minor in Computer Drafting and Design. KIRSTEN COLLINS—Executive Assistant 

Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Trinity University. Kirsten joined Summit Glass Corporation in July 2018, and manages the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, working with the Principal and the entire staff across all disciplines, to include operations, estimating, and field operations. Prior to joining Summit Glass, Kirsten spent two years as the office manager for Michael Marshall Architecture Design company in Washington DC. kirsten.collins@sgcorp.us
