DON DILLON—President

Mr. Dillon serves as President of Summit Glass Corporation. Don’s professional background includes management experience as an investment banker, federal banking regulator, as well as leading public-private partnerships and urban revitalization.  Don is a U.S. Navy Veteran and holds finance degrees from Indiana University and New York University. don@sgcorp.us


ROBERT GALLEGOS—Foreman

Mr. Gallegos serves as Director of Field Operations for Summit Glass Corporation. Over a 29-year career as a glazier Robert has managed the field operations of hundreds of projects and all types of glass installation. In addition, he has served as the financial recording secretary for four years and is an instructor for his union’s apprenticeship program. Robert is a member of Glaziers Local 636. robert@sgcorp.us



ROD DILLON—Project Estimator

Mr. Dillon has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years as an estimator, project manager and successful business owner.  He has managed projects of a variety of types including ground up high-rise office buildings, sport arenas, hospitals and nursing homes plus renovations and tenant improvements of retail and office buildings. rod@sgcorp.us


CRAIG HAMILTON—Project Estimator 

Craig’s experience in the glass industry dates to when he was 11 years old, learning the trade working with his father at Architectural Glass & Aluminum. After graduating high school in 1981, he became a Union Glazier Local 169. In 1998, he earned his C-17 Contractor’s License and he became the RMO for All-Pro Glass in Northern California where he worked as Project Manager/Estimator, Head Fabricator and Installer. In 2002, he opened his own company, Hamilton Glass & Aluminum, specializing in custom heavy glass, curtain wall and storefronts. Craig prepares bid estimates, proposals and assists with business development. craig.hamilton@sgcorp.us


RYAN AMOS—Project Manager 

Ryan brings with him experience performing Project Management in a manufacturing and installation environment. A hands-on approach to System Application Design and an understanding of the structural aspects of glazing systems makes him ideal for providing solutions for on-site challenges. Ryan’s 5+ years of experience are supported by his degree in Project Management with a minor in Computer Drafting and Design. He has an established network of contacts and product familiarity that supports the company’s growth. ryan.amos@sgcorp.us


STEVE EBERT—Project Estimator 

Steve has over 40 years experience in Architectural Glass and Glazing in all aspects of the trade, beginning as a field glazier and job superintendent, he moved on into Project Management, Estimation and Contract Management, as well as managing partner of Gulf Coast Glass Contractors in Northern Florida, handling large retail, high rise residential and hotel contracts, as well as extensive military contract work throughout the Eastern U.S., Midwest and Caribbean. Recruited to Los Angeles in 2017 to manage a high rise residential project in Hollywood, he made the decision to become a resident and has now joined forces with Summit Glass. Steve.ebert@sgcorp.us
